01 research.





interviews / user personas



As creative director I worked closely with the marketing team, sales team and our lash educators to create a new experience for our lash artist education program. We wanted to create an experience where lash artist can practice and learn from home before they are in class. Helping lash artists to learn before and start to lean before class would help them learn faster and be more confident when they complete the lash course.


I was able to interview multiple lash artist and educators to learn about the pain point of learning how to lash and ways they believe could make the experience better. Also talking with the stakeholders to understand the vision they had as well was key for the success of the launch. After the interviews process I was able to create user personas with the marketing team to help us create a great user experience.



02 Prototype.





user journey / wireframes / user testing



With the marketing team and lash educators we were able to create the user journey and site map on how we could help new lash artist sign up and find schools in their local area. After working that out with the team I was able to focus on the wireframes. Once the wireframes were designed we were able to test them with some local lash artist and the educators. I was able to get feedback and made the changes to overall enhance the experience. Then I was able to get the wireframes approved from the stakeholders.



03 design.





user interface design / branding / photography /social media



The favorite part of the process was guiding the creative team through branding (ID, Web and Social Media) and photography to shape the brand’s vision. With all the insights we gathered about our artist, I dove into the wireframes and began designing the website from the ground up. It was incredibly rewarding to see everything come together so seamlessly and to witness the collective effort transform into a compelling, authentic digital experience.



04 Launch.
